From pre-approval to closing
Here’s what to expect on your home loan journey.

In this consultation, we'll answer all your mortgage questions, guide you through the homebuying process, review loan and rate options, estimate your monthly payment and cash to close, and outline the documents needed to close your loan.
Complete loan information
Congrats! You’ve made the decision to buy a new place to call home. First, fill out the online loan application and upload all documents. (Typically, tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, etc., documents may vary based on loan type)

24-hour application review
Our team will review your completed application and reach out within 24 business hours.
Approval email & choose your loan
You’ll receive an approval email outlining your loan options, with the option to schedule a call with your Vantage lender for more details. Once you choose a loan, we’ll review and process your application, provide accurate cash-to-close, rate, and payment info, and issue an upfront approval letter so you can start home shopping confidently.

Home shopping
Our team also has in-house real estate agents that will help you find your new home, if needed.
Offer accepted
Start making offers on homes you love with the help of your realtor. Get your offer accepted and go binding on your contract. Schedule an inspection, appraisal, provide the earnest money deposit, and start preparing for closing day!

Lock in your interest rate
Once you are under contract, we are able to lock in your interest rate. We can also shop over 50 lenders for the best rate and costs and lock your loan in to avoid rates increasing.
Funding and close on your home
After e-signing disclosures, we’ll prep your file for a smooth closing. The loan is submitted for final approval, conditions are cleared, and closing is scheduled. Send your wire for the down payment and closing costs. Congratulations—you're officially a homeowner!
